Guido Westkamp, Professor of Intellectual Property and Comparative Law at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), spoke at the Sixth conference on European and Asian Intellectual Property: Exploring Sensible Mechanisms of Paying for Copyright Owners. The conference took place between the 11-12 June 2015 at Academia Sinica, Taipeh, Taiwan.
