Rafael Leal-Arcas, Professor of European and International Economic Law at Queen Mary's Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), has been invited to present his most recent book, 'The European Energy Union: The quest for secure, affordable and sustainable energy' (Claeys and Casteels, 2016), at the 11th Annual EU Energy Law and Policy Conference in Brussels, 9-10 February. The title of his presentation is 'The European Energy Union: Exploring ways to decarbonize the economy'.
