Professor Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas, Jean Monnet Chair in EU International Economic Law at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies of Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), spoke in Rome on how trade agreements can serve as legal instruments to mitigate climate change and enhance sustainable energy.
