Rafael Leal-Arcas, Jean Monnet Chaired Professor of EU International Economic Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), co-edits a book titled University Initiatives in Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation, Springer, 2018. The book is co-edited with Professor Walter Leal Filho from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany, and at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.
