Professor Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas, Jean Monnet Chaired Professor of EU International Economic Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), has been invited to present the WiseGRID report titled “Smart grids in the European Union: Assessing energy security, regulation & social and ethical considerations. Possible synergies with Africa.” His presentation will take place at the 2nd Africa-EU Renewable Energy Research and Innovation Symposium, 23-26 January, The National University of Lesotho, Maseru, Lesotho.
