Professor Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas, Jean Monnet Chair in EU International Economic Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), will present his research on smart grids at the 2nd International Conference on Solar Technologies & Hybrid Mini Grids to improve energy access, October 2018. His research is funded by the EU’s Horizon 2020 research program.
