Dr Gabriel Gari, Reader in International Economic Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), discussed his research on service chapters in China’s Free Trade Agreements and on regulatory convergence on services regulations at an Economic and Trade Law workshop organized by the School of Law of the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.
The seminar was attended by the Dean of the School of Law, Professor Shi Jingxia, academic staff members and postgraduate students on International Trade Law. A fruitful discussion on the factors underpinning China’s trade policy on services followed the presentation.
