On 10 October 2023, Dr Tibisay Morgandi, participated in a seminar on International Investment Law and Arbitration in the Renewable Energy Sector held at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law (University of Cambridge).
Dr Morgandi spoke about the effect of investment treaties on renewable energy policies. Dr Tibisay Morgandi is Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in International Energy and Natural Resources Law and Chair of Queen Mary’s Climate Emergency Working Group. Dr Morgandi also directs the International Economic Law Clinic (TradeLab).
