Dr Tibisay Morgandi co-convened a conference on ‘Counterclaims in International Law’ alongside Dr Jason Rudall from the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies of Leiden Law School.
The conference took place at the Old Observatory of the University of Leiden on 27 June 2024. It explored and engaged with the various dimensions of counterclaims in international law.
