CCLS in Paris offers a variety of LLM speclialisms taught by Queen Mary academics and esteemed guest lecturers in an international environment:

The Paris LLM programme offers students a wide choice in International Business Law and in the specialist areas of: International Dispute Resolution; Intellectual Property; Banking and Finance; and Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law. Specialised courses are complemented by more general topics such as English Contract Law, Energy and Climate Change, and Competition Law.

Sorbonne - Queen Mary Double LLM

This innovative, 18-month bilingual programme offers you the opportunity to gain two LLMs from two renowned institutions.

Laws (Flexible Study) LLM

This bespoke LLM enables you to study modules in Paris, in combination with London and Distance Learning modules.

For the past 40 years, Queen Mary University of London’s Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS) has developed in-depth expertise in a range of areas of commercial law, which underpins our very successful postgraduate law teaching. More than 20 specialist programmes are offered to approximately 700 LLM and MSc students per year in London.

The Paris LLM specialisms are based on the same principles as in London, but operate in a smaller, more executive setting. Courses are taught in English by Queen Mary University of London faculty, in collaboration with distinguished guest lecturers. The programme and its student community are supported by alumni and several local partnerships.

 

The Queen Mary LLM programme offers a unique opportunity for the study of commercial and private international law with a global perspective. The instructors are academics and practitioners, and the students come from a variety of countries.
