As a children’s rights expert, she works in close collaboration with the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child (ACERWC/the Committee), the Committee’s partners and other civil society organisations involved with children’s rights in Africa and globally. Consequently, she has been involved in the drafting of the ACERWC’s General Comments and other research outputs. She is a member of the editorial boards of the African Human Rights Law Journal, Strathmore Law Journal, and the OAU Journal of Public Law, as well as a member of the Expert Group/Advisory Board of the United Nations Global Study on Children Deprived of Liberty.
