I am a sociologist interested in the role of digital data and technology in children and young people's lives. I am the co-director of the interdisciplinary Centre for Innovation and Research in Childhood and Youth (CIRCY) at the University of Sussex. I currently co-edit the journal Children & Society and am a convenor of the British Sociological Association's Childhood Study Group.
