She has chaired the production of a variety of Open University modules over the last 20 years and continues to take a leading role in senior lecturer professional development. She has published journal articles, reports, academic books, and is an invited speaker at national events. She is currently the undergraduate Module Chair for Introduction to Childhood Studies and the Psychology of Childhood and has an extensive background chairing at undergraduate and master’s level and external examination at other universities.
