Profile

Jonathan has written extensively about children's legal rights in the context of immigration law and he is particularly interested in the legal operationalisation of the 'best interests of the child' standard. He has also written about the best interests of the child in data protection law and is currently authoring a book on the UK's Age Appropriate Design Code.
