In 2015, after graduating from university, he traveled to Iran for exploring daily life and the education system there. He completed his master's degree in 2018 working with phonological awareness in disadvantaged children with a poetry-oriented education programme. He received his Ph.D. degree from Pamukkale University in 2023. He volunteers as a consultant in various non-governmental organizations like UNICEF.
