He is a published researcher with the SARChl in Cities, Law and Environmental Sustainability, Faculty of Law, North-West University. His research interest is dedicated to a critical legal perspective on the interface of children’s rights and emerging issues such as urbanization (urban law), climate change law and policy. His LLD studies focus on the nexus of children's rights and inclusive cities in South Africa, in light of Sustainable Development Goal 11 and the New Urban Agenda.
