Profile

Elvis Fokala is the manager of the Children’s Rights Unit, Centre for Human Rights, Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria, he holds a Ph.D. in Public International Law (with a specialization in Child Law), from the Abo Akademi University in Finland. LL.M in Multidisciplinary Human Rights Law, from the Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria, South Africa, and LL. B from the University of Buea in Cameroon. He has specialised, knowledge in Child law, Family law and the Law of Persons.
