Jonathan Herring is the DW Wolf-Clarendon Fellow in Law at Exeter College and Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford. He has written extensively on issues around family law, medical law and ethics, care law, and criminal law. His books include Law Through the Life Course (Bristol University Press); Domestic Abuse and Human Rights (Intersentia) Law and the Relational Self (Cambridge University Press); Caring and the Law (Hart Publishing); Older People and the Law (Oxford University Press); and (with Shazia Choudhry) European Human Rights and Family Law (Hart).
