Joelle Long, Ph.D, is an Associate Professor at the Department of Law of the University of Turin, where she also coordinates the Family Law and Children's Rights Clinic. Her main field of research is the impact of International Law and European Union Law on domestic family law, with a strong focus on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the European Convention on Human Rights. Joelle co-edits the journal Minorigiustizia, sponsored by the Italian Juvenile and Family Judges Association.
