Dr Noelle Quenivet

Profile

Noëlle Quénivet has published and edited books as well as written journal articles in the field of international humanitarian law, international criminal law and human rights law, mainly on issues relating to children and women in armed conflict. Her latest (co-written) book examines whether child soldiers can invoke duress as a defence under international criminal law. She holds a LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of Nottingham and a PhD in Law from the University of Essex.
