Tommaso Tonet - In DEMETRA I act as the main lead for Campi Aperti association in Bologna. Within this organization, I deal with communication and actively participate in working groups. In this project, the association is one of seven case studies, specifically as a living lab of guarantee participatory, which is the most important principle of Campi Aperti that defines the farmers who can join the association and sell in the markets. I am also a research fellow at the University of Turin and am involved in the study of food systems, with a focus on the Atlas of Food project and its communication. My main responsibility is to produce the Torino Food Metrics Report from 2022 and to conduct studies about the food systems with focus on rural areas, crowdmapping and consumers.
