The Institute of Dentistry (IoD) is pleased to announce the official opening of the new clinical research facilities including the biologic sample laboratory at the Centre for Oral Clinical Research (COCR).
Our Dean, Professor Paul Coulthard, and Professor Nikos Donos officially opening the Centre for Oral Clinical Research.
The Director of COCR, Professor Nikos Donos stated "the addition of these facilities demonstrate the commitment of the IoD in promoting high quality clinical research and in establishing COCR as one of the leaders in this area".
The mission of COCR is to improve oral health by conducting clinical trials and experimental medicine research, as well as by providing postgraduate training for oral health professionals in both, research methodology and clinical implementation of innovative treatment modalities.
