Following a spell working overseas, Andrzej returned to London circa 1990, where over many years he has gained experience practicing both as a general dental practitioner and within special care dentistry. In 2008 Andrzej was appointed to the post of part time clinical lecturer in Oral Surgery at the Institute of Dentistry. Since then he has been involved in the clinical teaching of Oral Surgery to QMUL dental students. In 2019 Andrzej gained the Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Law and Ethics from the University of Bedfordshire. In 2020 Andrzej was awarded the FHEA. In October 2019 Andrzej successfully submitted his ADEPT application for the HEA Fellowship and achieved the status of Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in March 2020.
