In the past she has helped to run the oral surgery MClinDent (2013-2014) and been involved in teaching the programme since 2012. Fleur graduated as a dentist in 2004. During her undergraduate dental training she completed an intercalated degree in Biology and parasitology at King’s College London. Following graduation she completed her MFDS at the RCS England and later her oral surgery surgical training at Barts Health NHS trust in 2011. Complementary to her surgical training she also undertook a master’s of clinical dentistry in oral surgery at Queen Mary’s in 2011. She is also involved in developing oral surgery teaching material and is responsible for weekly seminar teaching. As part of her MClinDent she completed a research survey looking at the attitudes and practices of UK dentists who manage patients with increased bleeding risks.
