Profile

Dr Miljana Bacevic graduated from the University of Belgrade (Serbia) with an Honours degree in Dental Medicine and then continued to obtain her PhD from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Liège (Belgium). She held a postdoctoral research position at the Department of Periodontology, Oral and Implant Surgery and dental Biomaterials Research Unit (d-BRU), University of Liège, before being appointed Clinical Trial Coordinator at the Centre for Oral Clinical Research (COCR), Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London.

She was awarded the Best Graduate Student award by the School of Dental Medicine, University of Belgrade; the Young Faculty Mentoring Program (YFMP) award by the International Team for Implantology (ITI); the research travel award by Fondation Léon Fredericq (FLF), University of Liège.
