She graduated with a bachelor degree in Public Health: Dental Laboratory Technology from Medical University of Warsaw (2008) and shorty after moved to London. Here she decided to pursue a career in dental nursing, which she thoroughly enjoys, and obtained her Dental Nursing NEBDN certificate in 2013. Ilona has gained practical skills and knowledge while assisting non-surgical and surgical periodontal treatments, regenerative and periodontal plastic surgeries, dental implants (including full arch restorations), bone grafting procedures and sinus lifts. This experience allowed her to build up an extensive portfolio which then led her to successfully complete the NABDN certificate in Dental Implant Nursing in 2017 Ms Wojcik is dedicated to delivering the highest level of care to her patients and to her continuous professional development. Ms Wojcik is a member of the British Association of Dental Nurses (BADN).She joined the Centre for Oral Immunobiology and Regenerative Medicine as a Research Dental Nurse in May 2018 bringing with her a dental nursing experience from the NHS and private dental practices.
