Mr Jack De Ste Croix, BSc

Profile

I graduated in 2013 from the University of Manchester as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist. Since graduating, I have worked within the Community and Hospital based dental services for Bart's Health. I also work in specialist private practices in London and Surrey. 

During my time in the Community dental services, I completed my inhalation sedation training and also assisted with the Healthy Teeth in Schools programme within Hackney and Tower Hamlets. 

I am currently completing the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP) with QMUL.

Teaching

I am currently joint year 3 lead for the BSc in Oral Health and Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy, alongside being the lead for Liftupp for both programmes. I provide both academic teaching and clinical supervision for the Dental Therapy students and have also assisted with lab based supervision and clinical supervision for the BDS students. 

Research

Research Interests:

I am interested in research around the prevention of periodontal disease and dental caries.
