Visiting Academics: We seek to collaborate widely with researchers from across the world, and welcome expressions of interest from those waiting to collaborate with DERI as part of a visiting researcher opportunity. We encourage anyone in this position to research out directly to our academic staff, to discuss collaborations and opportunities in DERI. PhD Opportunities: Students looking to undertake a PhD in DERI are encouraged to review our Research Teams and contact potential supervisors directly to discuss opportunities. Any funded positions available within DERI will be added to the vacancies section below.

Machine Learning Scientist (KTP Associate) in Multimodal Data Integration - Deadline December 8th 2024

Applications are invited for a Machine Learning Scientist (KTP Associate) in Multimodal Data Integration with a background in deep learning. This is an exceptional opportunity to work as a KTP Associate in collaboration between AstraZeneca and Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) within the domain of Artificial Intelligence for multimodal integration of multi-omics and imaging data.

Postdoctoral Research Associate in Generative and Multimodal AI for Clinical Data  - Deadline December 8th 2024

We are looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral research associate (PDRA) to join the research group of Professor Venet Osmani. Research will focus on generative, and multimodal AI and its application to health data, and we are seeking candidates with experience of generative modeling, including methods based on autoencoders, generative adversarial networks (GAN) and diffusion models.
