Helen is a member of the core team charged with developing the Queen Mary's PGR Strategy working with the Dean for Postgraduate Research and Head of Doctoral College.  

Helen is responsible for producing reports to assess achievements against Queen Mary's strategies, supporting strategic developments such as doctoral training grant proposals and research sandpits, and enabling effective PGR grant management across Queen Mary's three faculties. 

 Key Functions: 

• PGR strategy and grant management
• PGR data analysis and key performance evaluation across Queen Mary.
• Coordination of QMUL Doctoral Training Entities Network (DTEN) for managers and administrators supporting Doctoral Training Programs across Queen Mary.
