We will explore innovative teaching approaches, assessment methods, and collaborative initiatives aimed at empowering students for the demands of the professional world and also discuss any challenges you encounter as academics in engaging with employability pedagogy.
Short Bio: Dr. Eranjan Padumadasa is an Interdisciplinary scholar with a background in Cyberspace Law, Management and Information Systems. He is currently the Deputy Dean for Education at the Faculty of Science and Engineering with a portfolio responsibility over Employer Led programmes for the faculty. He currently oversees the degree apprenticeships offered by the Faculty of Science and Engineering under the newly established London City Institute of Technology (LCIOT). He has been leading degree apprenticeship programmes since its inception in 2015 having also worked as part of the trailblazer group. He also acts as an external examiner for several universities offering employer-led programmes.
