Hong Zhang completed her Bachelor in Law (1996-2000), her Master in Administrative Law (2000-2003) and her Ph.D in Administrative Law (2003-2006) at the China University of Political Science and Law. Her research and teaching focus mainly Administrative Law and Administrative Litigation Law, Constitution and Administrative Law in China (English-taught).
