Time: 9:00am - 5:00pm Venue: TBC
This year's conference will have an EU tax day (24th) and an International Tax day (25th) and will have two underlying themes. The EU tax day will mainly focus on a discussion of cases which have never been referred to the ECJ and cases which have returned from the ECJ such as Marks & Spencer and Metallgesellschaft. These cases are starting to take on an important significance and this will be the first EU tax conference in the UK where these cases have been discussed in detail.
The main theme of the international tax conference day will be a discussion of the OECD's BEPS Action Plan.
This year's line-up of speakers features alumni from the UK and all over the world. More information can be found in the event's programme.
