The TIMCC is a Europe-wide training network, set up with the intention of equipping researchers to answer questions about the role of immune cells – of the myeloid lineage, specifically – in tumour biology and progression. Of particular interest are the differences between pro- and anti-tumour immune cell functions. Ultimately, the aim is to improve anti-tumour therapy through translational research.
