Seminar with Allan Young: 'The advantages of 'not-knowing' - the Bayesian brain contemplates a puzzling epidemic of traumatic memory'
In associated with the LSI Mind in Society Centre, Dr Helen Stark from the School of History will be hosting a seminar on Traumatic Memories, Led by Allan Young.
Allan, from the department of Social Studies of Medicine, Anthropology, and Psychiatry at McGill University, Montreal will discuss the formal approaches to understanding the advantage of "not-knowing".
