If financial services firms are to adapt to be fit for the customers, markets and technologies of the future they will need to reconsider the breadth of their talent pool. In our 2019 Annual Actuarial Lecture, Chika Aghadiuno will argue that more diverse and inclusive workplaces now form part of successful longer-term business strategy. She will also share some of her own experiences in this area at Aviva and the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries.
