All are welcome to a family friendly science festival from QM, for anyone interested in science and medicine from teenagers to adults (and big kids!) of any age.
Lots of exciting events, displays and activities to show how much fun science can be.
Talks will include opportunity to learn about what clinical trials are and how children in China have helped to encourage healthy lifestyles. Exhibitors will include Cancer Research UK, Barts Health Trust Children's Health and Computational Biology (QMUL Life Sciences Initiative).

Children should be accompanied by an adult and should have the permission of their school to attend as appropriate.

How do I get to the festival?
Nearest tube stations are Mile End and Stepney Green.
Please note that we have no general parking available on our campus and the surrounding area is a controlled parking zone. We strongly recommend you arrive by public transport.
What age group is this event for?
This event is most suitable for secondary age pupils/ i.e. aged 11 and over. However older junior age pupils may also enjoy the event.
Group tickets for schools
Available for up to 45 people.
Do I have to come at the beginning of the event?
You can come at any time. If you are coming with a large group please let us know when you are arriving as this helps us with our planning.
Refreshments
You may wish to bring a packed lunch, but there are also a number of cafes on campus.
The Curve is recommended as a child/family friendly venue although please note this venue is not available for visitors bringing their own refreshments (http://www.curve.qmul.ac.uk/).
