The School of International Arbitration is delighted to host the launch of Dr Anna Howard’s book, EU Cross-Border Commercial Mediation: Listening to Disputants – Changing the Frame; Framing the Changes (Wolters Kluwer 2021). The speakers will discuss the book’s key findings and their potential impact at a time of increasing interest in the promotion of cross-border mediation.
Dr Debbie De Girolamo (Reader in Law, School of International Arbitration) will open the event and Professor Stavros Brekoulakis (Director, School of International Arbitration) will offer the closing remarks.
