Simon Tysoe is a partner in the Corporate Department of the London office of Latham & Watkins, and former Co-Chair of the firm’s Energy Oil & Gas Industry Group. He specializes in M&A transactions in the energy sector, and has extensive experience advising clients on a range of cross-border energy and natural resources transactions including upstream, mid-stream, and downstream oil and gas M&A, joint ventures, restructuring, and project development.
Simon is qualified in the laws of England and Wales (Solicitor); LPC College of Law and MA, University of Oxford, (Lincoln College). He is also a member of the AIPN (Association of International Petroleum Negotiators).
