The 2nd issue of IELR (Volume 3) is out, featuring a truly diverse selection of articles that challenge the existing status quo. We continue our efforts to bring Interactive Entertainment Law and the expertise of IELR authors and contributors to a wider audience through our online series.
Join us on the 3rd February at 5pm as we explore the application of international taxation principles to the value created by user participation in video games, through engagement, interaction, user-generated content, data, and powerful network effects.
Navigating us through the mysterious world of taxes will be Anna Vvedenskaya (‘Common features of video games and social networks: importance for international taxation’), Tamara Sakolchyk (Head of Legal & Business Practice at Wargaming), and Dr Bernard Schneider (Senior Lecturer in International Tax Law at CCLS). The event will be hosted by Dr Michaela MacDonald.
Please register above and you will be sent a Zoom link to access the event the day before it takes place.
