Sean Hagan (former General Counsel of the IMF and now Professor in Georgetown) will talk – as part of the London Financial Regulation Seminar – about “International Organizations and the Development of International Law”.
The seminar will involve a comparative analysis of the exercise of "enabling authority" by the IMF, the OECD and the United Nations. It will also analyze the role that international organizations have played in the development of soft law in the area of financial regulation.
