Learning at Work Week is an annual national event, which highlights the importance and benefits of continual learning. One benefit of learning is that can boost our mental health - so it’s a happy coincidence that it is also Mental Health Awareness Week.
This year’s theme for learning at work week is Learning Power. It explores how lifelong, continual learning gives us power to change, grow and achieve our individual, team and organisational goals.
The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is Movement: Moving More for our Mental Health.
OPD are running a number of events for Mental Health Awareness Week including Stress Resilience and Strengths workshop, Mental Wealth Webinar and orientation sessions for the Employee Assistance Programme (for managers and for all employees). Search under the Wellbeing category on the CPD Training platform to find out more and book your place.
