Amongst the benefits include a contribution reward scheme where staff are given a financial reward for a particular contribution above the normal requirement of their role they have made during the course of the year.
Market supplements are also in place for jobs where it has been identified that those jobs attract higher salaries in the market place and to enable the attraction and retention of individuals for those roles, market supplements are awarded.
