I am Lead for Admissions for the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry responsible for ensuring that our admissions processes are fair, accessible and effective. I work as a practice nurse in Tower Hamlets for one session per week, allowing me to maintain my clinical skills, have regular patient contact, and keep up to date with developments in primary care. TeachingI was module lead for our Year 1 and 2 clinical placements for almost 20 years and I continue to mentor the new members of the team who are now leading the Medicine in Society 1, GEP MedSoc, MedSoc 2 and General Practice 2 modules.
