He is primarily responsible for the Trust Liaison Program. This is a program which provides a platform for central QMUL staff and the Educational Fellows based in the hospital trusts to share best practice and consider topics relevant to medical education. Resham is also responsible for organising the annual Summer Conference which is a medical education conference where attendees can participate in educational skills workshops. Resham is involved with teaching medical undergraduates and regularly serves as an examiner. Clinically Resham’s background is in anaesthetics although he now primarily provides sedation for minor procedures in the community. ResearchResearch Interests:Resham is interested in improving dialogue between colleagues and discovering how this can be used to inform curriculum development.
