Reading Early Modern Recipes in a Digital Age is an online interdisciplinary two day workshop funded by the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences at Queen Mary University of London. We aim to bring together academics and independent researchers to discuss the overlap between scholarship, making food, and making media. And then we want to actually make some food and media!
