Reading Early Modern Recipes in a Digital Age is an online interdisciplinary two day workshop funded by the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences at Queen Mary University of London. We aim to bring together academics and independent researchers to discuss the overlap between scholarship, making food, and making media. And then we want to actually make some food and media!

Using #HistoryTok: The Perils and Potential of TikTok for Scholars

Making and Teaching: Designing Historic Recipe Demonstrations for a Virtual Audience

3:00 - 3:30 pm Q&A 

3:30 - 4:00 pm Practical questions about recipes or digital projects (drop in with keynote speakers and organizers) 

6:00 - 7:00 pm Debrief on making recipes and media (this can still be in progress)
