Co-organised by Global Politics Unbound and DoingIPS (School of Politics and International Relations, Queen Mary University of London), this book launch will take place at QMUL on November 22^nd, 2023 (5.30-7pm). Dr Hannah Owens (Royal Holloway) and Dr Mirko Palestrino (SPIR, QMUL) will join the author of the book Dr Melissa Gatter (University of Sussex) to chat about doing ethnography, studying time, humanitarianism and displacement, and turning a PhD thesis into a book.
