In this workshop we will design a scalable ‘kit’ that can be used in green spaces to make them feel welcoming. The suggested kit includes: Pop- up cafes and multi-use social spaces, play for all young people under 18, places to exercise and socialise, increased bio diversity and planting.
In this practical session we will share what we have learned about designing inclusive places and work together to scale-up ideas.
Impact: The designs will help imagine an inclusive future, inform the development of our green grid policy and shape guidance on gender inclusion to inform future development projects.
Exchange: This will be a practical event, where we will share what we have learned through extensive engagement, about designing inclusive green spaces + Lunch will be provided.
