Foundation programmes
The following Botswanan qualifications will be considered for entry onto a Queen Mary Foundation course:
- Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education Examination
- Cambridge Overseas School Certificate

Undergraduate
Students who have successfully completed A-Levels or the International Baccalaureate will be considered for direct entry onto our undergraduate degrees. We may also consider recognised Foundation qualifications. For individual grade requirements for particular degree programmes please refer to the undergraduate study section of this website.

Postgraduate
We normally consider the following qualifications for entry to our postgraduate taught programmes: Bachelor Degree (minimum 5 years) or Master Degree from the University of Botswana.UK 1st class degree: 80%
UK 2:1 degree: 70%
UK 2:2 degree: 60%
