How to apply

Students who have successfully completed A-Levels or the International Baccalaureate will be considered for direct entry onto our undergraduate degrees. We may also consider recognised Foundation qualifications. For individual grade requirements for particular degree programmes please refer to the undergraduate study section of this website.

We also consider students from Malta with the following qualifications:

AA in the two subjects taken at Advanced level, and AAAB in the four Intermediate subjects

Undergraduate Medicine and Dentistry admissions

Please note, the Matriculation Certificate Examination is not accepted for admission to our MBBS or BDS programmes that are delivered in London (but it is accepted for all other undergraduate programmes delivered in London). However, the Matriculation Certificate Examination is accepted for our MBBS programme delivered in the Republic of Malta.

Postgraduate

We normally consider the following qualifications for entry to our postgraduate taught programmes: Bachelor Degree or Bachelor Honours Degree from a recognised institution.

UK 1st class degree: First Class Honours; or Category I
UK 2:1 degree: Upper Second Class Honours; or Category IIA
UK 2:2 degree: Lower Second Class Honours; or Category IIB
